Hello everyone, hope you all are doing great! Since everyone was talking about Sugar Cosmetics new Matte lipstick collection, I was planning to buy one too, but luckily, I got it inside my March 2018 FAB BAG and it made me so happy! This collection was launched in January 2018 but it is still displayed on the first page of Sugar’s official website. (Which means it is popular!) Read the Sugar Suede Secret Matte Lip Colour review below:
Product Name: Sugar Suede Secret Matte Lip Colour in the shade – 03 Velvet Violet

Claims: The lipstick claims to be:
• Highly pigmented
• Doesn’t dries lips
• Plush finish

Packaging & Appearance: Sugar Suede Secret Matte Lipcolour comes in a rectangle cardboard box which has a colored sketch of a girl’s face on it (which looks so good). The box has Sugar’s logo and important details on it. You can see the pictures for reference.
Inside the box, there’s the frosted tube through which you can see the lipstick color. The cap is black in color and it has the logo on it. The lipstick’s name is printed on the body, also, there is a sticker at the bottom of the tube which has the shade number, name and quantity on it. The tube has screw cap which eliminates the leakage problem. Overall, I love the packaging of this lipstick, it is so chic!
Smell: It has a little candy like fragrance that doesn’t stay after application.
Swatch: Scroll below:
Shelf life: 3 years.
How to use: Start from the center of the cupid’s bow and reach the corners. Use the applicator just like you use the lip liner and color the shape of your lips first, then, just fill in the rest of your lips! And let it dry, of course!
My Experience: My experience with Sugar Suede Secret Matte Lip colour is excellent! Starting from the packaging to the staying power of the lipstick, I love it all! I just love liquid lipsticks, but generally I don’t use them that’s because I am always late for going somewhere (lol), so, I quickly take out a lipstick bullet and apply it!
Once applied, this lipstick stays glossy for about 2-3 minutes but then it dries up and gives a beautiful matte finish. The pigmentation is amazing, for real! I think this shade is perfect to wear at night or for a party. Read more details below:
Lip Swatch: Okay, so before you see the lip swatch, I would like to tell you that I have tried applying the lipstick like Kylie Jenner (Fake fuller lips trick). I applied it above my natural lip line to make it look bigger. See but don’t judge I’m not a master! Simple swatch is also there for reference.
Shade: I have shade 03 Velvet Violet which is kind of a dark raspberry shade, though, this lipstick comes in 10 different shades.
Texture: Sugar Suede Secret Matte Lip colour has a rich texture.
Transfer Proof: It is completely transfer proof!
Pigmentation: It is highly pigmented and it just needs one or two swipes to give you the perfect color.
Staying Power:The maximum amount of time it stayed on my lips was 10 hours, though, it faded a little when I ate!

• Stays for around 10 hours
• Comfortable feel throughout the day

Jhalli Diva Verdict: I’ll rate it 5/5 because I just love it!

Yes, of course! It’s worth buying again and again.
Do I Recommend?
Yes, I do recommend it to every girl because this is one of the best in the market.
Overall Summary: Overall, I have to say that no one will regret buying Sugar Suede Secret Matte Lipcolour. Additionally, it suits all skin tones!
