How to use & my MOTD/LOTD: I just use my finger to blend it after applying my moisturizer. I let the moisturizer settle it and then follow it with this BB cream. It is easy to work with and I like how it hides my breakouts and other patches, if any.
Since it is a close match to my current shade, sometime, I like to use it around my flaws and blend for a natural finish, instead of applying to whole face.
Here is an image of my recent breakouts and current skin situation. Ignore the rest of the mess! ;p
This is my LOTD/MOTD using Sugar Goddess Of Flawless BB Cream. I know it ain’t clear much but bear with me for now. I’ll be doing another post on this look with the product breakdown in details.
It covered my cheek area and corner of lips nicely but not the side of the forehead. I have had breakouts there and now I’m dealing with the leftover. In the above image, I have used just the BB cream as the base to show you the coverage.
PS: I have yellow undertone and both the above images are clicked in the natural light.

My Experience: Actually, I deserve a pat on the back as I got my shade absolutely right without any trial and error. Considering it is an online purchase and a new launch, I had no help from the net too. Kudos to me!! 😉
Talking about the BB cream, I am loving it! I’ve combination skin which tends to get oily and sometimes it’s dry. Weird.
In the first week of using it, I didn’t use any moisturizer before applying it as my skin was more of oily. But as December approached, my skin got dry around the cheeks. So, I mostly use it after the Plum moisturizer as the BB cream is not hydrating in itself.
Moreover, as per it claims it settles to provide kinda matte finish. This Sugar BB Cream provides a light to medium coverage and lasts quite well on my skin. I’ve my share of breakouts but it works quite well to cover them up.
The coverage isn’t full though, so you need to work around the major areas. You can dab concealer beneath and blend to smoothen it.
Talking about the cream, it has a smooth and creamy texture. It is lightweight and prefect for the no makeup kind of looks. Also great for touch ups, I find using it more when I’m shooting.
I do feel they are on a little expensive side but it is good for party and gatherings.
• Decent coverage
• UVA/UVB protection
• Matte natural finish
• Blends pretty good
• Travel friendly
• No whitish cast
• Only 4 available shades
• Less quantity
Jhalli Diva Verdict: 4.5/5
Will I Repurchase?
For now, I will! It works nice combined with concealer. So, I’ll prefer to keep it handy just in case.
Do I Recommend?
If you are looking for light to medium coverage with lightweight formula, then Sugar Goddess Of Flawless BB Cream can be your one of the best bet.
Overall Summary: It works true to it claims. I like the lasting power, natural finish and current shade option. I do want more shade options though. Coverage is light to medium and blends well. Can be played around with concealer, foundation, etc for coverage issue. But I don’t like the price to quantity ratio. Lightweight and no greasiness formula is the bonus for me!
