Hello My Beautiful Angels! Firstly, I’m very happy to be a part of Jhalli Diva’s Family. Before moving on to PAC HD Liquid Foundation review shades and swatches, I’d like to give a brief about my current skin condition.
I suffered with moderate acne for about two months continuously and I was in search of a foundation which doesn’t break out my skin. Also, it should be light and oil free. So, that it doesn’t block my pores. Read on to know if it has lived up to my expectations!
PS: If you have a close look on the foundation, you’ll notice that it is spelled as ‘foudnation’ on the black carton instead of foundation! I asked PAC about the same and they told me it has been rectified in the latest batch of production.
Above is a screenshot of the same conversation which occurred on Instagram. (Don’t forget to add me on IG!) I love when brands take consumers seriously and are up for clarification. So, a thumb up from me to PAC on their immediate response!

My Experience: As I mentioned in the starting of the review, I was looking for a light weight foundation and my search came to an end when I finally found PAC HD Liquid Foundation. PAC has done brilliant job in the makeup world with their brushes and lipsticks. This foundation is not an exception.
No wonder, it has become my favourite . It has replaced my Maybelline Fitme Foundation. I wouldn’t mind spending few more bucks on this one when compared to Fitme Foundation by Maybelline.
I don’t mean to say that Fitme is not great. Of course, it is! It had been my most loved budget foundations for the longest. However, I’m putting down few factors which made me love this foundation.
Texture and Formula: Though it says that it is liquid, consistency is neither too runny nor thick. It is very light in texture and feels comfortable on the skin as if you’re wearing nothing.
It gives a matte finish but doesn’t make your skin feel dry and flaky. It is that “comfortable matte”. If you know what I mean!! It blends in like a dream making the skin look natural and flawless.
Coverage: The most important thing which we look for while purchasing a foundation is coverage, right? This foundation has a high coverage. Concealer is of not much use while using this foundation which is something I totally love about it.
One layer of the PAC foundation is all you need. However, if you’d like to apply more, this foundation has a great buildable texture. I usually take half a pump of this foundation and I’m good to go. I’m totally impressed with the coverage it gives me.
Stay: It stays for about 6-7 hours on a go without any creases and dry patches. I have been working out for about an hour or two with this foundation on just to know if its sweat proof and the results made me go wow! It didn’t fade away. Awesome right?
Shade Selection: Shade selection might be a little tricky since the shades online and the actual shades might differ in daylight. However, PAC cosmetics has done a good job to make it easy to select the shade by providing the swatches of all the shades on their Instagram page.
I was looking for a yellow toned shade and I was confused even after going through their shade references and several YouTube reviews. Sadly, there is no offline store of PAC in Hyderabad. 🙁
So, I visited PAC Store when I visited Bangalore and tried on few shades to finally go with 3.0 . This shade feels like its totally made for my skin tone. It gives me that no-makeup look every time I put it on my skin.
- Travel friendly
- Sturdy packaging
- Pump dispenser (makes it easy to make out the required amount of product)
- Wide shade selection
- Good staying power
- Light weight
- Decent finish
- Offline availability
Jhalli Diva Verdict: I would rate it 4.5/5. Since offline availability is a concerning factor for me.
Will I Repurchase?
Yes! I’ve been wearing it almost everyday and I’m pretty obsessed with this foundation. I wouldn’t mind buying it again
Do I Recommend?
Absolutely! I’d recommend it to everyone to try it out if you are looking for a long stay and light weight foundation with a good coverage. Do give it a try and I can say that you will fall in love with it, for sure.
Overall Summary: PAC HD Liquid Foundation is kinda more light weight and gives me that easy breezy application. If you are planning it try out a new foundation, give it a try and trust me, you will not regret purchasing it.
It makes you feel like you are wearing a high end foundation at a very affordable price. Also, it smoothens your skin like a dream. It doesn’t oxidise as well. What else can we expect from a good foundation? ^_^
