Let’s begin with Lakme Enrich Lip Crayon Review and Swatches in all 10 shades.

Ingredients: Not mentioned! It is missing.
Shelf Life: 24 months from the date of manufacturing
Hand Swatches: In the image below.
Availability: Available on Amazon. Buy here.
Packaging & Appearance: The Lakme Enrich lip crayon come in black colour chubby sharpable crayon form. Lakme’s old kajal pencils can be the nearest match to these ones.
Each one has a colour coded paper flap glued to the crayons mentioning shelf-life, shade name and other related details.
There are black plastic caps to secure the sharped side of the crayons.
Overall the packaging is very simple and practical. It is a perfect fit for the price tag.
Although I am not that much into simple packaging, I am somehow in love with these chubby cuties.
Texture: The crayons have smooth texture. They glide on the delicate lip skin easily; no need to tug or pull. In warm weather they become a little bit softer.
None of my crayons had broken their tips while applying so in this department a high five!
Fragrance: The new Lakme Enrich lip crayon have distinct mixture of floral and vanilla fragrance to them. The smell is exactly same as the matte lipsticks from Elle 18.
The fragrance is not over-powering or headache-causing. So, if you happen to have liked the Elle 18 matte lipsticks, you will love these as well.
Shades: It’s available in 10 different shades. Here you can find all the 10 shades details!
01 Berry Red: It’s a blue toned cherry red colour that will look flattering to every Indian skin tone. To me it’s poor girl’s MAC rubywoo.
02 Red Stop: This shade is a yellow based red similar to MAC’s lady danger shade. Yellow and neutral undertones will get the best out of it irrespective of complexion.
03 Candid Coral: This a true orange colour which is quite wearable. This shade will suit fair skin tones most but for darker skin tones it will look peachy.
04 Mauve Magic: It’s a cool toned mauve colour that would look best on lighter complexions off every undertone.
05 Peach Magnet: It’s a nice peach shade with neutral undertones. This shade will look gorgeous on fairer complexions. This shade may wash out darker skin tones.
06 Pink Burst: This is a nice blue toned fuchsia with fine shimmers. It’s a cute girly shade which is suitable for every complexion and undertone.
07 Shocking Pink: This is a yellow toned pink colour that looks true pink on lighter skin. For pigmented lips, it becomes a coral pink.
08 Baby Pink: It’s another pink shade with neutral undertones and shimmers. It is a different kind of pink that is much more wearable than the previous two. Fair and medium complexion people will get the most out of it.
09 Cinnamon Brown: It is a neutral brown shade which suits every complexion and every undertone. Less pigmented lips may use it as a MLBB shade where for pigmented lips it’s an everyday brown.
10 Blushing Pink: Though the name is pink it’s not actually a pink. It is more of a peachy shade with shimmers and just a hint of pink tone to it. This shade is darker than the other peach shades from this range so it will suit every complexion.
Pigmentation: For my medium pigmented lips, the colour-payoff is good and buildable at the same time. The deeper shades are more pigmented but the colour-payoff of the lighter shades are also very good.
Here is a picture of my original lips, just for your reference for the pigmentation.
It needs 2-3 swipes to show the true colour on my lips. But, girls with pigmented lips would have to give 1-2 swipes more.
Staying Power: For the sweaty summer in my place this lip colors stay put for 3-4 hours without any meals or drinks if I blot them to perfect matte.
My experience of satiny finish lipsticks say these crayons will survive 5+ hours without blotting in winters. Then they start to lose their pigment and moisturizing property.
These crayons fade evenly leaving lip stain like finish that’s why I am liking them more!
Finish: These super affordable lip crayons have creamy-matte finish; inclination is greater towards the creamy finish. The finish reminds me of Lakme’s famous Enrich Satin lipsticks I mustsay.
Transfer-proof or not: I generally apply 2 coats so the transfer problem is minimal in my case. If you try on with more swipes it will transfer for sure.
The best solution is to blot the excess moisture out after application.
My Experience: I am not that courageous when it comes to lipsticks. I like to stick to basic colors for I do not have to attend festivities or occasions that much.
Reds, pinks and a MLBB shade completes my lipstick collection. These 10 lip crayons are just tailored for my needs.
All the shades in this lipstick collection are very wearable and not at all give any uncomfortable feeling. Each of the shade is creamy enough to glide on my lips pretty easily and gives even finish.
That is why these have already won my heart. Another notable thing is that they do not cling to the wrinkly part of the lips which some other highly pricy ones sometimes do.
These are not long staying crayons but I did not expect them to be. Overall I find these to be value-for-money products.
1. Quality considering the price is awesome
2. The shade range includes some of the best reds, pinks and peaches
3. Texture is light, non-drying and feels comfortable
4. Pigmentation is quite good
5. Stays intact for 4+ hours
1. Shade range should include more browns and nudes
2. Most lighter shades are going to wash out the darker skin tones
3. Missing ingredient list
Jhalli Diva Verdict: 4.8/5 (I love it for its price! PS: I’m a broke college student. Haha!! :D)
Will I Repurchase? I already have all the shades; until they finish off I am not going to repurchase.
But I would certainly like to repurchase the entire shade range again because I love how they look on my lips.
Do I Recommend? Yes. I would definitely suggest it to every girl out there who like to experiment on semi-matte budget lip crayons and those newbies who are still finding out their lip shades.
Overall Summary: Lakme Enrich Lip Crayons are affordable alternatives of pencil style sharpable lipsticks with semi-matte finish.
This lip crayons are going to be a treat for college and office goers who are always interested in something new for their pouts!
So, that’s all about Lakme Enrich Lip Crayons. Have you tried any of these new affordable crayons?
