Ingredients –In the image.
How to Use – It’s written on the tub:
“Apply to clean facial skin day and night as needed to help combat moisture depletion.”
Claims – Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream claims the cream to be:
• 24 hours long lasting
• Intense hydration
• Seals moisture for drier skins
• Fast absorbing formula
Appearance and Smell – A white colored cream with middle consistency which comes in a transparent tub. You can actually see the leftover cream from outside which is good.
The smell is strong and not pleasant. But it’s not over the top or unbearable.
Availability – Available online and at Kiehl’s Retail stores.
My Experience – Kiehl’s is an absolute love. It’s one of my favorite brands. You can guess that it actually is when you see my Kiehl’s skincare haul. You must indulge in for some absolute self pampering too.
Talking about the product, I used it just in the morning, skipping the night application as I already have another night regime. As you can see in the images, the tub is about to finish!
I like it’s consistency. It absorbs well and good, imparting a freshness to dull face. It’s also light and non greasy. This is the best part of Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream. It’s non sticky too.
I’ve combinational skin and it worked well for me. My skin gets dry in winter and it just came to my rescue! It really does hydrate your skin. But at the same time, oily skinned beauties wouldn’t love it much.
It is clearly mentioned on the tub that it’s for drier skin and not oily skin anyways. So I use it during winter but surely not in summer as my skin tends to become oily that time.
Though I felt, it couldn’t impart 24 hours moisturizing to skin but yeah, it last long enough. Also, as it’s light and non greasy formula, it can be used under a foundation or your CC cream to college or office. Awesome, no?!
What I Like-
√ Hydrates Skin
√ Light and non sticky
√ Imparts freshness to face
√ Blends easily
√ Contains Apricot Kernel Oil
√ Water based – Non greasy
√ Works for dry to combinational skinned beauties
√ Works as great makeup base as it’s lightweight on skin
√ Great winter cream
What I Don’t Like –
× Contains chemicals
× Tub Packaging – unhygienic
× Little Expensive
× Not for oily skinned beauties
Jhalli Diva Verdict – 4.4/5
Will I Repurchase? I’ll keep one ready for winter as this tub us about to get over
Do I recommend? If you have combinational to dry skin, you should try it out. Else if you have oily skin, you should better skip it.
Have you tried it? How did you like it?
