I am not a very big fan of BB cream. So I was a little reluctant in buying or using the newly launched Lakme 9 to 5 CC Cream aka Color corrector in Bronze shade. I have been using it almost daily to have dual effect of sunscreen (SPF 30) PA++ and foundation like flawless effect. And now it’s time to share Lakme CC Cream Review with you.
I went for Lakme CC in bronze shade as it matched my fair yellow tone complexion. Although people at the counter suggested using beige for fair complexion.

Packaging and Appearance: Lakme complexion care cream (CC) comes in a attractive pink colored box which looks luxurious and pretty. Inside is light brown colored tube with silver screw cap. Tube has a small opening at top which allows limited amount of cream according to need and hence there is less wastage.
It is white color cream which seems like a foundation at first sight with light and perfect consistency. Creams blends very easily into the skin with full proper coverage and mild glow
Smell: Cream has mild fragrance which is not noticeable and vanishes after few minutes.
How to Use: Take a small amount on your finger and apply on your well cleansed face. Rub and spread it evenly for an ideal coverage. And you’re done!
My Experience: Lakme CC cream comes in two shades Bronze and Beige which I think is not adequate for different Indian skin tone. I am in regular use of the bronze shade because it blends well with my complexion.
Cream is so mild that it gives appearance of no makeup. My skin does not appear cakey or layered after application.
Best part I love about the cream is that it gives a makeup finish look with sheen glow and SPF 20. Cream stays for about 6-7 hours without dull or sweaty appearance.
I find that cream gives light to medium coverage but is not suitable for pigmentation or deep imperfections.
